 Journey to Find the Best Job for You\, a series of workshops held on Monday 
 evenings in September\, presented by Monica Peña. By the end of this 
 series\, participants will have gained valuable insights and practical 
 tools to navigate their career journey successfully. Whether a recent 
 graduate\, a mid-career professional\, or someone looking to make a 
 significant career change\, this free workshop series will empower 
 attendees to take proactive steps towards achieving professional 
 aspirations.\n\nJoin us on Sept. 23 for Mastering Mock Interviews. 
 Interviews can be nerve-wracking\, but with practice and preparation\, you 
 can excel. In this workshop\, we'll provide insights into the art of 
 mastering mock interviews. We'll discuss common interview formats\, share 
 effective strategies for answering challenging questions\, and offer tips 
 for showcasing your skills and experience confidently. Through simulated 
 interview scenarios\, you'll gain practical experience and learn how to 
 leave a lasting impression on potential employers.\n\nThese workshops are 
 free and open to the public. A RRPL Library Card is not required. \n\nAbout 
 the presenter\n\nMonica Peña is an enthusiastic entrepreneur with a proven 
 method to help businesses and professionals stand out in their local 
 community through a combination of offline and online efforts. She 
 carefully creates a strategy to market and move professionals and 
 organizations to the forefront of their ideal audiences.  In addition\, 
 clients are coached on how to make the most of networking opportunities\, 
 how to use their membership benefits\, and how to initiate long-lasting 
 connections to generate the results that meet their expectations. As a 
 certified Master Life Coach\, she assists her clients remove barriers that 
 limit their potential so they can excel in meeting their goals\, discover 
 their niche\, and successfully pursue their life purpose. She is also a 
 certified Career Coach that works with professionals on improving their 
 LinkedIn profile\, interview skills\, and negotiating a better 
 compensation.  Monica believes that if social media is used correctly\, the 
 various platforms can allow individuals to communicate better\, build a 
 bigger brand\, and stay connected. She enjoys being a resource of knowledge 
 and bridging connections for different businesses and organizations.
