Meeting Rooms Change Location

Effective May 10, 2024, a resident or nonresident paid library card is required to book rooms.

Please read all the following information carefully, as some fees and policies have changed. The primary purpose of the meeting rooms is to provide space for library programs and activities that serve the mission of the library. The meeting rooms also serve as a community benefit and when not in use by the library, are available for rent to the public.

Three spaces are available for rent at the Round Rock Public Library.

Room A & B Combo (132 people) - Fees: Non-Profit Rate: Deposit $160.00, Hourly Rate $25.00 | For Profit Rate: Deposit $160.00, Hourly Rate $100.00.

Legacy Conference Room (20 people) - Fees: Non-Profit Rate: Deposit $50.00, Hourly Rate $15.00 | For Profit Rate: Deposit $50.00, Hourly Rate $35.00.

Shared Conference Room (12 people) - Fees: Non-Profit Rate: Deposit $50.00, Hourly Rate $10.00 | For Profit Rate: Deposit $50.00, Hourly Rate $30.00.

The Shared Conference Room and Legacy Conference Room are located on the 3rd floor (Quiet Floor) and food is not permitted.

Requirements to Confirm Reservations:

  •     Resident or Nonresident paid library card membership. How do I get a library card?
  •     Completed forms
  •     Completed orientation
  •     501(c) documentation (for non-profit organization)
  •     Deposit via personal check (payable to the City of Round Rock), VISA, Discover Card, MasterCard, cashier's check, and money orders are acceptable forms of payment.

Steps for making a reservation:

Step 1

Submit a reservation by selecting the date and time on the calendar below. Follow the prompts to complete the reservation form.

You will receive an email confirming your reservation request was submitted.

Step 2

Await the arrival of a second email with attached agreement forms. If the completed forms are not emailed back within one week, the reservation will be released.

The reservation will be confirmed when the room orientation is completed and the deposit is paid.

Step 3

An invoice will be emailed to you once the forms have been completed. This serves as your confirmation for the reservation.

Your reservation is complete and confirmed with the Round Rock Public Library.
