Well! Well! Well!: The Secret of an Energized Life: Restore, Rejuvenate, and Rest In-Person

The autonomic nervous system (ANS) plays a crucial, yet often overlooked, role in managing our body’s responses to stress and fatigue. By understanding the relationship between the ANS and fatigue, we can implement effective strategies for recovery. This course will help you identify your body’s signs and symptoms of fatigue, evaluate your level of fatigue, and make informed decisions about managing your energy levels.
